NoteLixX is a fully offline notes app. It does not collect, transmit, share, or store any personal data on external servers. Everything you write stays on your device — always.
📋 Information We Collect
We collect absolutely no information.
NoteLixX does not collect, process, or transmit any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other data of any kind. The app operates entirely offline with no outbound connections.
💾 Data Storage
All notes (titles, descriptions, and timestamps) are stored exclusively in a local Room database on your Android device. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not backed up to any server
- Is not accessible to us or any third party
- Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app
🌐 Internet Access
NoteLixX does not use the internet in any way. No network requests are made.
The app does not require the INTERNET permission and it is not declared
in the AndroidManifest.xml.
👤 Third-Party Services
NoteLixX does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social media integrations.
The only libraries used are open-source Android Jetpack components (Room, Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData, Material Design) which operate entirely on-device.
👶 Children's Privacy
NoteLixX is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. Since the app collects no data whatsoever, it complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.
🔄 Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be published at this same URL. Since no data is collected, any changes will only reflect improvements in clarity or new features that continue to maintain zero data collection.
